We were very pleased with how the repair job was undertaken. It was done efficiently and quickly. I was also impressed with the communication throughout the process. In these COVID-19 times, getting hold of the right person at the Insurers, dealers and repair shop is often a difficult and stressful procedure, but Fairlight took all this on and gave me regular updates at all stages of the repair.

COVID 19 - Advised use of face masks at Fairlight Coachworks Ltd As of July 24th and in-line with the latest government guidelines, all customers visiting Fairlight Coachworks Ltd premises are advised to wear a protective face mask. This includes our outside spaces, for instance whilst showing us your car and when our collection or delivery staff visit your house or place of work. Exceptions will be granted for those who have a genuine health reason for not wearing a mask, as listed in the government guidelines.
