Very pleased with the service
Very pleased with the service I have received from Fairlight Coachworks. My new-to-me car was only 6 days old when it was damaged in a car park, when parked and unoccupied – the other driver was still there and admitted liability. The insurance company (Aviva) made the whole process quick & easy and offered my a choice of 5 repairers – I chose Fairlight because they were nearest and had good reviews.
I booked the car in on line for Friday – on Monday Fairlight called to say they could fit it in sooner & I dropped it off later that day. They have kept in touch and rang me yesterday to say the car would be ready today, and rang at lunchtime today to say it could be collected at 4pm.
The repair is excellent and my car is as good as new. All the staff have been friendly, pleasant and helpful.
Highly recommended.
