Very impressed with the efficient, helpful and considerate manner of Scott and the team at Fairlight. They ensured I was kept informed at every step of the repairs process for my Mini Countryman, even making sure that the courtesy car arrangments with Enterprise were amended to make it easier for me. The whole experience of having to deal with a no fault accident (in which the perpetrator left the scene without reporting – thank goodness for our workplace CCTV) was improved by my experience with Fairlight and the first class repairs carried outswiftly.
