Very satisfied with my experience of Fairlight Coachworks. Someone bashed the back of my wife’s car whilst it was parked (and no-one was in it). Fortunately the driver who did it left his contact details in a note on the windscreen. After taking the car to Fairlight to be assessed, the insurance claim got stuck/confused. I had to have several conversations with Fairlight to work out what was (or wasn’t) going on. I hasten to add this was the fault of the insurance company’s agents not Fairlight. On all occasions Fairlight were very helpful and happy to assist and we eventually got approval for the work to go ahead. Once booked in for the work to be done, Fairlight were again very good at keeping me up to date. The work was done to a very high standard and I would certainly recommend them.
