Dear Scott I am delighted with the latest work you have just completed on my car, particularly the top door trim which you kindly included at no extra cost. You tend to treat a customers car as though it were your own, and seem genuinely pleased when it looks god. I must add that your personal attention did not go un-noticed. I felt like a VIP having a new courtesy car bought to me ready to drive away and similar treatment when I came to collect mine. I mat decide to ask you to clean up the last few bits of trim after the holiday as it now looks almost like a new car.
