Yes, any excess applied to your policy must be paid to Fairlight Coachworks on completion or return of your vehicle. We accept all major debit and credit cards and cash, but regretfully we are unable to accept cheques.
This is always a very difficult question to answer, we will always give you a guide as to how long the process will take, but due to so many outside influences beyond our control this may not always be kept to. For example, parts coming in damaged, parts going onto ‘back order’, extra parts found to be damaged once the vehicle has been stripped down. Your vehicle will also go through our quality control process on its’ completion and if we are not completely satisfied then it may have to be reworked until we are 100% satisfied with the result. Rest assured, we want you to have your vehicle back as soon as possible and in all cases we would ask for your patience and understanding.
Yes you can, they may tell you to take it elsewhere but it’s your vehicle so ultimately it’s your choice which repair centre you use. The chances are we have already completed lots of jobs for your insurers in the past.
Yes we have the facilities to work on all makes of car and we have repaired most makes and models over the years, from classic cars to the latest electric models. If for some reason we cannot carry out work on your particular vehicle for any reason, we will tell you before commencing!
Unfortunately we do not take on corrosion repairs (rust work) due to the time it takes and the fact that it cannot easily be guaranteed not to come back again.
